Barb Warren-Gaynor

Barb is a Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from Health Enrichment School of Massage and also trained in Thai Massage (yoga-stretching).  She is certified in Swedish, Thai Massage, and Reiki,  and also has experience in fibromyalgia, senior citizen, pregnancy, and child massage.

She enjoys swimming, skiing, photography, stained glass painting, and hiking.  She was a children’s ski instructor in Colorado for many years. Barb and her husband, Andy, reside in Holland with their children.


Matt Gruppen

Matt is a graduate of Soma, the National Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy. He has experience in Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Accident Recovery and potential Atrophy Maintenance.

Matt has also received extensive in low level light therapy.

Matt enjoys skiing, running, camping and booking. He lives in Zeeland.


Melinda Nieusma

Melinda graduated from the Michigan institute of Therapeutic Massage and Applied Sciences (MITMAS) in Holland, Michigan in November, 2004. Melinda currently helps our front desk run smoothly and also gives ion bath treatments.

She lives with her husband in Saugatuck. She enjoys many hobbies, including reading, sewing, crocheting, picture framing, calligraphy, walking, biking, and spending time at the beach.


Heather Overholt

Heather Overholt is a Certified Massage Therapists.  She trained and graduated from Olympia Training Institute in 2003.  She has experience in Prenatal Massage, Sport Massage, Reflexology, Facial Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

Her hobbies include reading, going to the beach and spending time with her husband, children and three pets.
